Be Influential (Promoting peaceful coexistence between the host community and displaced people)

The Be Influential project aims to promote peaceful coexistence and acceptance of others among the displaced and the Strait community in Hadramaut Governorate. The most prominent outcomes of the project were the following:

Output 1:

Training 19 leaders from the district councils and local councils - 18 from the displaced and the host community and 23 women leaders in peaceful coexistence and acceptance of others from the Al-Qatn and Tarim districts.

Output 2:

Raising the awareness of 173 young men and 127 young women from the displaced and the host community about the importance of peaceful coexistence and acceptance of others from the districts of Sayun, Al-Qatan and Tarim.

Output 3:

Survey of 5 priority issues and disputes in the targeted areas (Siyun, Al-Qattan, and Tarim) with the participation of 90 influencers.

Output 4:

Implementing 3 initiatives selected out of 5 issues in each of the (Tarim-Al-Qatn-Sayun) districts.

Output 5:

Print the policy paper for 500 copies and distribute it.
