Community Initiatives – Supplying Tanks and Extension to the Main Network

Enjaz Foundation for Development implemented the ‘Be Influential’ project, which aims to identify priority community needs within the host community in the Dar Saad directorate. The project targeted six communities, comprising about 5,125 males and 9,225 females. The project outputs were in three stages as follows:

• Installing two water tanks to meet the needs of the Al-Alfi neighborhood community.
• • Removing construction waste and cleaning the Laqiya neighborhood.
• • Uprooting trees and removing waste from Hosh Bin Mahfouz in the Al-Rabash neighborhood. Strengthening and activating communication points and rebuilding trust between the displaced and the host community on the part of community committees and on the other hand, the local authority.
